Knowledge Acad provides counselling and student support services for online degree programs offered by recognized universities.
Role Clarification
Knowledge Acad does not collect university tuition fees.
All fee payments are made directly to the university through official university payment channels. Therefore:
- We do not charge university tuition
- We do not process university refunds
- We do not influence university refund eligibility
Refunds Related to University Payments
Refunds, cancellations, and deferments for tuition or admission fees are governed solely by the respective university’s refund policy.
- Admission withdrawal
- Fee refunds
- Payment disputes
- Academic cancellations
We may support communication, but final decisions remain with the university.
Refunds Related Services
Any service fee charged by Knowledge Acad (if applicable) is for consulting support only and is generally non-refundable once services are initiated.
Refund consideration may apply only if:
- Services were not delivered
- Duplicate payment occurred

Processing Time
Where applicable, refunds handled by Knowledge Park may take 7–14 working days after approval. University refunds follow university timelines.
